The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant to talk with.
During my stay, I noticed the mattress springs were quite noisy, making it difficult to sleep peacefully. Additionally, the room had a noticeable gap around the door, which was concerning in terms of security. I also found it frustrating that there were no coffee-making facilities in the room, and I had to leave early before breakfast was served.
